Privacy Policy
[[OWNER: …]] need a real value.
The short version
- We collect what we need to send you an order, and not much else.
- We never see your card or bank details. Payment is in cryptocurrency, straight to our own wallet — there is no payment processor in between and nothing financial to store.
- We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers on this site.
- We do not sell your data. Ever.
- You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Raptor Labs
([[OWNER: registered legal entity name]],
[[OWNER: ABN or company number]],
[[OWNER: registered business address]]).
For anything in this policy, contact orders@raptorlabs.shop.
2. What we collect
When you place an order
- Your name.
- Your email address.
- Your phone number (required, so we can reach you about a delivery or a payment we cannot match).
- Your billing and shipping address.
- What you ordered, what it cost, and which crypto network you chose.
- The transaction ID you send us, so we can match your payment on the blockchain.
You can order as a guest. If you choose to create an account, we also store your username, your password as a one-way hash (we cannot read it), and the addresses you save.
When you message us
The contact form sends us your name, email address, subject and message. Nothing from that form is published anywhere on the site.
Automatically
Our web server keeps standard access logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. WordPress and WooCommerce set the cookies described in section 6.
What we do NOT collect
- No card numbers, no bank details, no wallet seed phrases. We would never ask for a recovery phrase, and you should never give one to anybody.
- No advertising or behavioural profile. There are no marketing pixels on this site.
- No mailing list. The newsletter field on this site is not connected to anything and does not store the address you type into it.
3. Why we collect it
- To fulfil your order — take it, confirm the payment, pack it, ship it, and deal with anything that goes wrong.
- To talk to you about that order.
- To keep the store secure — spot fraud and abuse, block bots.
- To meet our legal obligations, including keeping business records.
We do not use your details for marketing you did not ask for.
4. Who we share it with
We share the minimum needed to get an order to you:
- Our delivery carrier — name and delivery address:
[[OWNER: carrier(s) actually used]]. - Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database:
[[OWNER: hosting provider and data location]]. - Law enforcement or a regulator, where we are legally required to.
There is no payment processor, no advertising network and no analytics vendor in that list, because we do not use any.
Blockchain payments are public by design: the transaction you send is visible on that network to anyone. We do not publish anything linking a transaction to you.
5. Links to the laboratory
Our lab tests register links out to Janoshik Analytical, an independent laboratory. Those links open in a new tab on Janoshik’s own site. We do not send them anything about you, and once you are on their site their privacy practices apply, not ours.
6. Cookies
We use only the cookies the store needs to work:
- Cart and session cookies — remember what is in your cart between pages. Without them a cart cannot exist.
- Login cookies — only if you sign in, so you stay signed in.
We do not set analytics or advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the cart and sign-in will stop working if you do.
7. How long we keep it
- Orders and invoices — kept for as long as we are required to keep
business records:
[[OWNER: record retention period, e.g. 5 years (ATO)]]. - Account details — until you ask us to delete the account.
- Contact-form messages — kept while the question is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.
- Server logs — rotated on the host’s normal schedule.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- give you a copy of it;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete it, where we are not required to keep it.
Email orders@raptorlabs.shop and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not happy with how we handled it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
9. Security
The live store is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, passwords are stored hashed, and administrative access is limited. No system is perfect: if a breach ever affects your information we will tell you and the regulator as required.
10. Children
This store is not for under-18s and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
11. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
