Shipping & Returns
[[OWNER: …]] need a real value.
1. Where we ship
We ship within Australia only. We do not ship internationally, and an order with an overseas delivery address will be cancelled.
2. What shipping costs
There is one shipping option: a flat A$20.00 per order, whatever the size of the order. The cost is shown in the cart and again at checkout before you pay.
The minimum order value is A$100.00, measured on the cart subtotal before shipping. If your cart is under it, the checkout will tell you how much is missing.
3. When your order goes out
Because we take cryptocurrency only, and because we confirm every payment by hand, dispatch follows this sequence:
- You place the order. It is created on hold.
- You send the payment on the network you selected and email us the transaction ID.
- We check that transaction on the blockchain.
- When it confirms, the order is marked paid and goes into the packing queue.
Nothing is dispatched before step 4. The clock on any handling or delivery estimate starts when the payment is confirmed, not when the order was placed.
Typical handling and delivery time:
[[OWNER: handling time + delivery estimate — do not publish a window until the owner confirms one]].
Carrier used:

4. Delivery addresses
Please check your address before you pay. Once an order is packed we may not be able to change it, and we cannot recover a parcel delivered to an address you gave us in error. If you spot a mistake, message us straight away with your order number.
5. Cancelling an order
- Before you have paid — tell us and we will cancel it. Nothing has moved and nothing is owed.
- After you have paid but before dispatch — contact us. If we can stop it we will, and any refund is handled under section 7.
- After dispatch — it is on its way and cannot be cancelled.
6. If something is wrong with your order
Contact us within
[[OWNER: number of days to report a problem]] of delivery, with your order number and a photo, if:
- an item arrived damaged;
- you received something you did not order;
- something on the packing list is missing.
We will replace it or refund it. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we do not exclude.
7. Returns and refunds
These are laboratory research materials. For safety and integrity reasons we cannot accept back and re-sell an item once it has left us, so we do not offer change-of-mind returns on opened or unsealed products.
Our returns position on unopened items:
[[OWNER: change-of-mind returns — accepted or not, and within how many days]].
How a refund is actually paid
This is the part that differs from a normal shop, so read it before you order:
- Blockchain payments cannot be reversed and there is no chargeback. We cannot “refund the card”, because no card was ever charged.
- A refund is a fresh crypto transaction that we send by hand to a wallet address you give us. We will confirm the address with you first.
- We refund the value of the order. Exchange rates move, so the number of coins we send back may differ from the number you sent.
- Network fees on the return transaction come out of the refund.
8. Payments that do not match
- Underpaid — we will contact you before doing anything. You can top it up or we will refund what arrived under section 7.
- Overpaid — tell us and we will return the difference or credit it, whichever you prefer.
- Sent on the wrong network — for example USDT sent on TRC-20 to an ERC-20 address. Those funds are generally unrecoverable by anyone, including us, and we cannot credit an order for them. Always send on the network you selected at checkout.
- No payment — an unpaid order is cancelled after
[[OWNER: how long an unpaid order is held before cancellation]].
9. Research use only
Everything we ship is for laboratory research and is not for human or veterinary consumption. Handle and dispose of it accordingly. Full wording is in our Terms & Conditions.
10. Contact
Anything about a delivery, a payment or a return: send us a message or email orders@raptorlabs.shop. Include your order number — and the transaction ID if it is about a payment.
