Terms & Conditions
[[OWNER: …]] need a real value.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms apply between you and Raptor Labs
([[OWNER: registered legal entity name]],
[[OWNER: ABN or company number]]),
referred to below as “we”, “us” and “Raptor Labs”.
By placing an order you accept them.
You can reach us at orders@raptorlabs.shop or through our contact form.
2. Research use only
Everything we sell is supplied strictly for laboratory research. Nothing on this site is for human or veterinary consumption, and nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation.
By ordering you confirm that you are acquiring the products for legitimate research purposes, that you are legally permitted to receive them where you live, and that you will not administer them to a person or an animal. You are responsible for handling, storing and disposing of them safely.
The peptide reconstitution calculator on this site is an arithmetic tool provided for information only. It does not recommend a dose.
3. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and ordering from Australia. You can order as a guest or with an account; if you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for anything done through it.
We may refuse or cancel any order — including one already placed — where we believe it breaches these terms, where the payment cannot be verified, or where we cannot legally supply what was ordered.
4. Prices and minimum order
- All prices are shown and charged in Australian dollars (AUD).
- The minimum order value is A$100.00, measured on the cart subtotal before shipping.
- Shipping is a flat A$20.00 per order.
- We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment you place it.
5. Payment — cryptocurrency only
We accept cryptocurrency and nothing else. There is no card, bank transfer or cash option, and we do not use a payment processor. Payments go directly to our own wallets; we never hold your funds and we never see your card or bank details.
At checkout you choose one of five networks:
- Bitcoin (BTC)
- Ethereum (ETH)
- Tether on Ethereum (USDT ERC-20)
- Tether on Tron (USDT TRC-20)
- Litecoin (LTC)
You are then shown the address and the exact amount for that one network only. How this works in practice is set out on our how to pay with crypto page.
5.1 How your order is confirmed
Confirmation is manual, not automatic:
- Your order is created and placed on hold.
- You send the payment and email us the transaction ID (TXID).
- A person checks that transaction on the blockchain.
- Once it is confirmed, the order is marked paid and prepared for dispatch.
Until that check is done, an order is not paid, however long ago you sent the funds. We will not dispatch an unconfirmed order.
5.2 The risks that come with paying in crypto
- Blockchain payments cannot be reversed. Once you have sent funds, neither we nor your wallet provider can undo it.
- Send on the network you selected. Funds sent on a different chain — for example USDT sent on TRC-20 to an ERC-20 address — are generally unrecoverable, and we cannot credit an order for them.
- Send the amount shown. The crypto figure is fixed at the moment you order. If you underpay we will contact you before doing anything with the order.
- Network fees are yours to pay and are not part of the order total.
If a payment cannot be located, contact us with your order number and the TXID and we will trace it. A confirmed blockchain transaction is always findable.
6. Availability, delivery and title
We ship to Australia only, for a flat A$20.00 per order. Delivery, cancellation and anything that goes wrong in transit are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we have confirmed payment in full.
7. Lab testing and third-party reports
The certificates linked from our lab tests register were produced by Janoshik Analytical, an independent laboratory. We did not perform those analyses, we do not host the reports, and we link to the laboratory’s own pages so you can read them at the source. Each report relates to the batch it names.
8. Your account and your content
Anything you send us — a message, a review, a support request — you confirm is yours to send and is not unlawful. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or illegal. We may suspend or close an account that is being used to break these terms.
9. Our content
The text, photography, layout and code on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may use the site to browse and to order. You may not copy it wholesale, resell it, or scrape it to build a competing catalogue.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for loss arising from use of the products outside laboratory research, because that use is expressly not permitted (see section 2).
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the version published when the order was placed. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of
[[OWNER: governing law / jurisdiction, e.g. the State of Victoria, Australia]].
13. Contact
